GOLF PROGRAM
Be sure to sign up for the bus TODAY-MONDAY 10/3 to join us on Thursday, 10/6. Space is limited! Sign up NOW!!
WARRANT COMMITTEE--STUDENT GOVERMENT
If you are interested in joining the Warrant Committee to promote change within Lawrence School, our first meeting will be held before school on Monday, 10/17 at 7:30 AM in room 206. Any questions see Mr. Valentine in Rm 206.
MATH CLUB
Mathletics Club the math team is starting up again. Do you like problem solving? This year we have several competitions. This is open to all 7th and 8th graders. Please join us after school on Thursday, 10/6 in room 101. If you are interested in participating, but have a conflict, please contact Mrs. Woods (email or visit room 101). Bring a friend!
LOCK REMINDER
Be sure your locker is kept LOCKED at all times. Detentions are starting to be assigned for lockers left open.
BACKPACK REMINDER
Backpack Reminder - Backpacks should stay in student lockers until the end of the school day. Students are not allowed to bring their backpacks to their last period classes.
DRESS FOR SUCCESS
Dress for Success Reminder - Only sweatshirts that have “Lawrence School” or “Falmouth” logos are allowed. Block Island, Martha’s Vineyard, Cape Cod, Brooklyn are not allowed.
UNLOCKING SOCIAL STUDIES FIRLD TRIP
On Thursday, October 13th Unlocking Social Studies students will be taking a walking field trip to downtown Falmouth. The students will depart from Lawrence School at 11:30am and will return at 2:454pm.
BAND & CHOIR FIELD TRIP
Selected Band and Choir will be taking a field trip to Symphony Hall in Boston on Tuesday, 10/18. The students will depart from Lawrence School at 4:30pm and will return at 10:30pm.
TEAM 6 FIELD TRIP
Team 6 will be taking a walking field trip to Falmouth Heights Field on Thursday, October 6th. The students will depart from Lawrence School at 10:02am and will return at 2:30pm.
TEAM 3 FIELD TRIP
Team 3 will be taking a walking field trip to Goodwill Park on Thursday, October 6th. The team will depart from Lawrence School at 10:30am and will retunr at 2:30pm.
NO SCHOOL / INDIGENOUS PEOPLE DAY
School will be closed on Monday, 10/10 in observence of Indigenous People Day.
NO SCHOOL / STAFF DEVEPLOMENT
There will be NO SCHOOL on Friday, 10/7. This day will be for Staff Deveploment.
