TEAM 3 FIELD TRIP
To Downtown Falmouth, Harbor Band Shell on Friday, May 30th. The students will depart at 8:30am and return to Lawrence School at approximately 2:30pm.
GREAT EAST FESTIVAL AND SIX FLAGS
Band and Chorus students will attend the Great East Festival in Western MA and Six Flags on Friday, June 6th. The students will depart from Lawrence School at 7:00am and return at approximately 9:00pm.
TEAM 2 FIELD TRIP
To Franklin Park Zoo on Thursday, May 22nd. The students will depart from Lawrence School at 8:30am and return at approximately 2:30pm.
GRADE 8 WATER WIZZ FIELD TRIP
Grade 8 students will take their end of the year field trip to Water Wizz in Wareham on Tuesday, June 17th. The students will depart from Lawrence School at 8:30am and return at approximately 2:30pm.
TEAM 4 FIELD TRIP
To Surf Drive Beach on Thursday, June 5th. The students will depart from Lawrence School at 9:06am and will return at approximately 2:25pm.
GARDENING CLUB
Will start next Thursday, May 8th! To learn more, email Ms. Church or come by room 102. Anyone who is interested is welcome to join!
TEAM 1 FIELD TRIP
Team 1 students will take a walking field trip to Oak Bluffs, MV & Dairy Queen on Friday, May 23rd. They will depart from Lawrence School at 9:15am and return at approximately at 3:00pm.
YEARBOOK ORDERS
The last day to order yearbooks in Friday, May 9th. The cost is $20. The QR code is available in the main office or you may visit jostens.com
FALL 2025 SPORTS MEET THE COACHES NIGHT
Thursday, June 12th at 6:00 pm - Meet the Fall 2025 Season Coaches Night will be held in the FHS Auditorium. A required informational meeting for all athletes planning on participating in a fall sport at FHS.
FHS FALL 2025 SPORTS REGISTRATION
Registration for fall sports is now open on Family ID More information on tryouts/practice will be available soon.
MATH MCAS
Math MCAS will take place on Wednesday, May 7th and Thursday, May 8th.
MASHPEE WAMPANOAG TRIBE PARTNERSHIP
Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe: Members of the MWT will be in the Life skills room during the lunches on Thursday, May 8th. Stop by to say hello to our guest(s)!
LAWCAPPELLA
Will meet before school for rehearsals this week on Tuesday, May 6th and Friday, May 9th at 7:30am. (Please note: no rehearsals on Weds and Thursday this week!)
ELECTRONICS DISPOSAL DAY
THANK YOU to everyone that supported the Spring Electronics Disposal music fundraiser this past weekend. It was a great success!

SOCIAL JUSTICE GUEST SPEAKER OPPORTUNITY
On Monday, May 12, 2025 Claude Kaitare will be visiting the Lawrence School at 10:30am. If you are interested in listening and learning about Claude’s incredible story of survival during the Rwandan Genocide then please email DVAL dvalentine@falmouth.k12.ma.us 3 questions you would like to ask Claude. The first 40 8th grade students to send DVAL questions will attend this special engagement. You will miss part of 3rd and 4th period, but be expected to make up missing work for your class. Any questions stop by room 206. Thursday, May 8th will be the last day to email questions.
